13 oz Lightweight Vinyl Material

AmCraft Manufacturing offers a variety of 13 oz lightweight vinyl material for use in the fabrication of light weight vinyl products. One such material is a 13oz textured matte finish laminated vinyl that is made with a polyester mesh scrim that has vinyl laminated on both sides. The mesh scrim gives the material a strong, rip preventive quality and overall high tensile strength. This material offers mildew resistance, water resistance, abrasion resistance and is tear resistant.

The 13oz vinyl material

is well equipped for general athletic needs, light weight tarpaulins, industrial curtains, large indoor and outdoor banners, indoor and outdoor protective covers, vinyl bags and some lightweight inflatable products. It is available in many colors and sizes. AmCraft custom fabricates products to your specifications and design requests. Our services combine heavy sewing and/or heat sealing processes to offer flexibility in its functionality. AmCraft also offers logo and type printing on vinyl for full customization for marketing and corporate awareness programs.

Many of our vinyl products use a combination of heavy sewing and heat sealing services to better shape and conform to custom sizes. Our sealing processes provide an air tight,fluid proof seal for products that are inflatable. AmCraft offers quality 13 oz lightweight vinyl materials as an option for all their fabrications. Other weights, such as 14 oz lightweight vinyl material and 18 oz lightweight vinyl material are also available. Or, if you have a really big requirement, other heavyweight vinyl materials are available. Our company installed a machine that is known for the generation of relatively high decibel readings. The readings were exacerbated by the location of the machine adjacent to a concrete block wall. The combination of machinery and location resulted in decibel readings that exceeded expectations.We spoke with several companies for a solution, and AmCraft was chosen for the flexibility of their product.
