The filters are velcro attached which makes the easy to be replaced.
Filters are used in paint booth curtains to effectively capture and control airborne particles, overspray, and contaminants generated during the spaying process. The primary purpose of these filters is to improve air quality within the paint booth by removing harmful substances and preventing them from escaping into the surrounding environment.
Standard: 4′ x 4′ or 2′ x 4′ (custom sizes are available)
Depending on whether your ceiling structure is sloped or level, you may choose to hang the curtain flush against your ceiling deck. In the case of a stationary curtain, we can modify the top edge to include a slope with grommets.
For retractable curtains, we recommend suspending the track system from your ceiling structure and adding a stationary filler panel above. The suspended track system surpasses the obstructions you may have in your building.
To close the gap above the curtain we recommend hanging a stationary filler panel. The filler panels can be custom-cut by your installer to accommodate obstructions. We offer a 6″ wide adhesive vinyl tape which will close the cuts that have to be made to work around obstructions.
In some facilities, suspending your track system from the ceiling structure is not feasible. The free standing floor mounted enclosure hardware can provide a solution for your project.
There are some limitations to this solution:
We recommend bracing 10 ft. and higher with uprights. The maximum height is 12′.
The maximum height for this style of mounting is 12 feet. As mentioned above, if you have a 10′- 12′ high enclosure, we recommend bracing the uprights horizontally (see image # 2) to give the enclosure more stability.
If you also would like to add a ceiling to the free standing enclosure, the ceiling grid may need to be supported from above, depending on the overall size of the enclosed space.
We highly recommend supporting the track every 5 feet. This means that a vertical column (upright) with the base plates is requited every 5′. As an opening of only 5′ wide may not be large enough to drive a car through, if you are able to suspend at least one side of the enclosure from your ceiling that could eliminate this issue.
