A ceiling cover needs to be supported by a metal ceiling grid to prevent the ceiling fabric from sagging into the enclosure. The perimeter of the grid is framed with a curtain track system.

The grid inside the perimeter consists of an angle iron grid with 4-way cross intersections with are also supported from your existing ceiling structure. 

The sides of the ceiling grid can also be attached to your existing walls.
