RETURN POLICY. All custom products are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified. Hardware: Hardware may be returned for a 15% restocking fee. For returned items, shipping costs are to be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated. Dimensions: Buyer accepts a 1” tolerance (plus or minus) in the height and width of all custom products. Any discrepancy between the Seller and the Buyer related to the construction and/or dimensions of the custom product will be handled as follows: Buyer can return the unused custom product to the Seller. If the discrepancy is a result of the Seller’s error, then the Seller will reimburse the shipping cost and either alter or replace the custom product. Any resolution to reimburse, alter, or replace is at the sole discretion of the Seller.

Customer must use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during return shipment

Items over 100 lbs require freight shipping arrangements
Customer must coordinate freight pickup with our receiving department

This warranty ensures that the Pre Conditioned Air (PCA) hoses – provided by AmCraft Manufacturing, Inc. – are under manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers failure of the hose from normal use due to defects in material or workmanship.
This warranty ensures that the industrial divider curtains – provided by AmCraft Manufacturing, Inc. – are under manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 6 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers failure of the curtain from normal use due to defects in material or workmanship.
All track components carry a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects. AmCraft Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to replace, rather than repair, any components that it deems past point of repair.
Products manufactured to customer-provided specifications are not returnable unless they fail to meet those exact specifications
Specification changes after production begins may result in additional charges
