The sizes are specified per screen, allowing for the creation of an expansive display area when multiple screens are combined. Each screen has a maximum height and width of 10 feet. It is not advisable to have a single 10-foot-high screen freestanding without additional support for stability.

If you require a larger enclosed area with the flexibility to retract the screen material, we recommend suspending AmCraft’s Track System from your existing ceiling to support the Weld-View curtains. This installation is straightforward and user-friendly.

Take note of our top-edge finishing technique for our top to bottom welding curtains: First, we weld a solid PVC material to the Weld View film, creating a sturdy, non-stretchable seam. Next, we reinforce the 2-inch hem with a 2-inch webbing and stitch the hem on through the welded seam to prevent perforation and tearing of the film material. This construction ensures a longer lifespan for your welding curtains.

We also provide the option of incorporating solid PVC-coated or laminated polyester material on both the top and bottom of the tinted welding material, enhancing the curtain’s strength where required.

Our company installed a machine that is known for the generation of relatively high decibel readings. The readings were exacerbated by the location of the machine adjacent to a concrete block wall. The combination of machinery and location resulted in decibel readings that exceeded expectations.We spoke with several companies for a solution, and AmCraft was chosen for the flexibility of their product.
