AmCraft’s acoustic wall baffles cover hard wall surfaces to reduce sound levels, reverberation, and echo. Because we manufacture all of our products in house, you can select sizes and colors of the baffles to match your space. This gives you noise control with a finished, professional look.
These industrial sound baffles for walls are designed without any hard surfaces to optimize the sound absorption level and minimize your shipping cost. Filled with a 3” thick sound-absorbing material, it does not compress over time and is a great alternative to fiberglass and mineral wool. This insulation also makes AmCraft’s baffles more effective than our competitors.
Just mounting the top edge:
The industrial acoustic wall baffles are hung on a 1inch reinforced flap along the top edge of the baffle.
If the baffles are 4 feet wide or less, we place two grommets into the flap for easy installation.
For baffles wider than 4 feet, we either add one additional grommet in the center of the flap or add a stiffener into the flap so that the wider baffle can be hung with just 2 anchoring points.
Mounting the top and bottom edges:
These industrial sound baffles provide you with two flaps, one on the top and one on the bottom.
The bottom flap is a tunnel with a stiffener providing you with two anchoring points.
1st you would mount the bottom tunnel to the wall by hanging the wall baffle upside down.
2nd you flip the baffle up and mount the top edge to your wall.
The more industrial acoustic wall baffles, the better! Covering more hard surfaces with wall baffles means more acoustic energy can be absorbed before reflecting off the hard walls.
This improves the noise level and enhances comfort for people within the space.
You can hang the industrial acoustic wall baffle in phases. Start with the wall closest to the noise source. Identify the results and consider adding either more wall baffles or choosing some of our other types of baffles to provide different types of absorbing surfaces.
